Purchased these as a replacement for my old tongs as the silicon tips melted. These work well with all of my Misen stainless and cast iron cookware. I don't use them on any non-stick cookware. These work well on our griddle and grill. I would have given this a 5 stor rating, but I wished the tongs were another few inches longer to reach the back of the grill easier. Still, matches all the other utensils from Misen and a good buy.

These are the perfect size for working in a pan in the stove.
I wanted something for my nonstick pans so I thought I’d try this. Normally I absolutely love Misen silicon utensils, but this one is just not quit there for me. I love that you can lock these closed and they are comfortable to hold. Unfortunately they are not very easy to use. I think they are a bit too heavy and the tongs are just a bit too big. If you only need these for handling larger, heavier items, they are pretty good. But for small items like smoked sausages, just no.
originally I got a set of tongs in the utensil set bought from misen. I didn't think much they were something special until I used them and they passed the spaghetti test with flying colors. I came back and bought more to add what I already have - yeah, they're that good and that versatile. highly recommend.
