We are a team of kitchenware obsessives living in every time zone in the US (and one in Europe).
Like you, we’ve got partners, kids, pets, and real weeknight chaos.
Also like you, we’ve seen a lot of wild claims about “clean cookware” out there, so we’ll give it to you straight: To us, clean cookware means no coatings, no toxic chemicals, and made to last forever—not end up in a landfill.
Our name is pronounced MEE-sen, like mise en place, a French phrase meaning you’re all prepped and ready to cook. But you can say it however you want. We won’t judge.
