Why It’s Great

Slides Under Fish Without Destroying It

The ultra-thin stainless steel head flexes just enough to get under delicate fillets, eggs, and pancakes without breaking them.

A Version For Every Pan You Own

Stainless Steel for uncoated pans. Silicone-edged for coated surfaces. You can’t go wrong.

Designed for Full Visibility

Rounded corners and a wide surface let you peek under food while it cooks, so you flip at the right moment instead of hoping for the best.

The same food-safe material used in medical labs.

No plastics, no BPAs. Platinum-cured silicone resists staining and odor far better than the alternatives.

Customers say this spatula is versatile and easy to handle in the kitchen. Many reviews mention using it beyond fish preparation, finding it effective for eggs, cookies, and other foods. Left-handed users note challenges with the design. I recently “invested “ in an air fryer . Silicone tools were recommended to use with it so I bought this. It works well and I love the color: it doesn’t get lost in the drawers .

    Great size

It's a nice size - big enough and strong enough to flip whatever you need, but small enough to maneuver into place without pushing everything around the pan. Great spatula

    Great spatula

The spatula is great. Lifts food easily, very sturdy despite the thin blade. Slides under food easily. Works great with the Carbon Nonstick pan.

Why a Silicone Fish Spatula Is Essential for Delicate Flipping

A fish spatula earns its keep by being thin enough to slide beneath a delicate fillet without tearing the skin, and this one delivers thanks to its ultra-thin stainless steel blade paired with a wide, rounded head. That same shape makes it just as handy for flipping eggs, pancakes, or crisping fish cakes — basically anything that needs a gentle lift rather than a scrape. The platinum-cured silicone handle stays cool and comfortable, while a nylon core inside keeps the blade rigid so it doesn't flex when you need control, not wobble.

It's dishwasher safe and heat safe to 450°F, so it can go straight from a hot cast iron pan into the sink without a second thought. If you're building out a full set of silicone-handled tools for a cohesive look, it pairs well with Misen's silicone tongs and the mixing spatula in the same blue finish. For anyone who wants a backup or a different color to match their kitchen, the gray version of this fish spatula offers the same thin blade and sturdy build.
